Mobile App
To ensure a complete Hands-on Lab experience, we recommend downloading and configuring the Admiral Demo mobile application in advance.
App installation
Download the Mobile app using the QR code on your phone.

This app is signed with an official Adobe enterprise certificate, but by default iOS will not treat the app as trusted. The first time you open the app, you'll get a notification that the app is not trusted.
- Navigate in your phone to Settings > General > Device Management > Adobe Systems Inc and click Trust Adobe Systems Inc.
- Click Allow & Restart
First launch
When you launch the app for the first time, you'll be prompted to log in with your Adobe ID. Use the same Adobe ID you used to log into the Adobe Experience Platform.
If you are asked to select an Organisation, select DEMO POT EMEA from the list.
The app can prompt you several request, for example to allow push notifications and allow the use of gps. Make sure to allow these requests.
Configuring the app
To load the Admiral Demo app content, you'll need to import a custom project.
- Navigate to Settings in the bottom menu
- Select Custom Project and insert the Project ID bouttier-2QBL
- Click Save.
- Your app should now reload and show the Admiral demo app.
- Accept complete cookie consent if asked.
Showing the Real-time Customer Profile on the app
In the mobile app you can look at the Real-time Customer Profile, just like you've seen on the demo website. To show the panel, tap on the Adobe logo on the top right. This will pull up a panel showing the Real-time Customer Profile. To minimise, you can pull down the panel as shown.

Linking your profile to the mobile app
You can only do this section once you have tested the Use case 1. This is because the goal of Use case 1 is do convert a prospect into a customer and therefore get the credentials to log in to the app.
In order to receive push notifications from the journeys you create, you'll have to link your mobile app profile to your web profile. This will stitch the identifiers of both profiles and merge all data into a single profile. To do this, click on the user icon in the top right of your mobile app.

This is where you will log in with the same email address you used to register into the website after Use case 1. You can leave the password blank, it's not used in the demo.
After your login, open the Real-Time Customer Profile and you'll noticed it will have stitched your profiles and a lot more data is now available. If you don't see the data in the panel immediately, refresh the panel by clicking the arrows icon or closing the app completely and restarting.
