Lab: In-App Message Campaign
This lab will walk through the steps to create a Campaign in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
NOTE: Some exercises may vary during the actual Hands on Lab versus what is listed in the Archbee Page, due to industry setup and / or Presenter preferences.
Navigate to Campaigns
Click on “Create Campaign”
Click on the selection "Scheduled - Marketing" and the click "Create":
Under Properities, give your Campaign a name. We have chosen "Miami Dolphins - In-App Campaign - PATRICK":
Under Audiences, click on select Audience and choose "LTV - High":
Under Action, select "In-App Message" as the type:
Click on "Send to" and select "Mobile":
Click on App Surface and select the option provided for the lab:
Click on Edit Content:
On the right side, select the "Modal" message layout style:
Add media to your campaign by clicking on the Media Icon:
From the Select Assets, under "Miami Dolphins", click on the "Enhanced Seating" image and then click "Select":
- Under Content, add a Header. We chose "Miami Dolphins Suite Upgrades are Available!":

Click on "Body" and add a message. We have used the following: "Host family, friends, colleagues, clients, and more in a private, climate-controlled environment for the ultimate game day experience.":
Click on "Advanced Formatting: at the top right to expand the options there:
Under content, change the font size to make it more readable:
click on the Button Text and add "Sign Up Today!":
Click on Review to Activate
