In this exercise, you will play the role of a dealer who receive a prospect for a test drive.

This app is not part of Adobe Solution. This is just to show how you can integrate your own system to Adobe Experience Platform using API and retrieve profile informations.
Search your profile by searching a contact by Email, enter your email address, or the one you used in chat bot and test drive booking
You will see we can surface to dealer the last page view, the segment he belongs to, etc.
You can scroll down to this page, and you will see some offers the Dealer can propose to our prospect. They are powered by AEP. We display 2 different type of offers here : the accessories offer, and the next best offers
In the next exercices, we will see how we can configure offers
The integration between your dealer App and AEP can also bi directional. All feed back captured during test drive cna be captured and sent back to AEP. To illustrate that, Update the Survey answers, submit, and go back to AEP to check the last event received. You should see this Survey.
