Offer Management

So far, we've sent a generic message to customer for them to renew their plan.
You may want to personalise the message with the best plan for them. You may also want to use those offers to personalize web site, App, call center, and all your outbound communication.
While you can define the rules for personalisation at the channel level, it may end up with inconsistency in the message you sent to your customer, and require a lot of effort if you have multiple message to propose, each one with different rules and priority.
This is were the Offer Management become handy.
Offer Decisioning allows you to deliver the best offer and experience to your customers across all touch points at the right time. It consists in two main components:
- The Centralized Offer Library which is the interface where you create and manage the different elements that compose your offers, and define their rules and constraints.
- The Offer Decision Engine which leverages Adobe Experience Platform data and Real-time Customer profiles, along with the Offer Library, in order to select the right time, customers and channels to which offers will be delivered.
