Components are features in Customer Journey Analytics that can be used in visualizations or to complement reporting features.

Panels

Panels are containers that structure your analysis. Each panel can contain multiple visualizations, tables, and components (metrics, dimensions, segments, etc.). Panels help you logically segment your analyses by business question, audience, or data set. Examples include:

Freeform table panel for table analysis and breakdowns
Attribution panels to compare attribution models
Next or previous item panel
Quick Insights panel to answer simple questions quickly without having to build a table
