Welcome

Welcome Länsförsäkringar, to the AEM CMS & DAM Hands-On Lab!
Welcome to this hands-on lab on modern content management, digital asset management, and AI-powered content supply chain with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Rather than walking through isolated features, today's lab follows a single, real-world thread from start to finish: launching a New Business Offer (NBO) Mortgage experience for your own regional company — built, personalised, governed, tested, and published, exactly as an LF content team would do it in production.
You'll search for and reuse a shared, governed asset, personalise it for your own county using AI, build a structured Content Fragment, assemble a page from reusable blocks, see how Multi Site Manager (MSM) balances central control with local flexibility, configure SEO and run quality audits, set up an A/B test, publish on a schedule, and close the day with a fully conversational, agentic content update using CoWorker.
Lab overview
- Step 1 — Creating a Localised Version of an Asset: find a shared image using AI-powered search, personalise it in Adobe Express, and review AI-generated metadata and authenticity tagging.
- Step 2 — Creating a Localised Content Fragment: build a structured Content Fragment, attach your image, generate an AI-personalised variation for your county, and trace the reference back from the asset itself.
- Step 3 — Building a Page: assemble your NBO Mortgage page from a Hero Banner block and a Content Fragment block, using both reusable and personalised content.
- Step 4 — Central and Local Page Versions: see your page rolled out to every regional company via MSM, then override your Content Fragment locally and see exactly what's inherited versus what's now yours.
- Step 5 — Configure and Audit SEO Elements: set page title, meta description, Open Graph fields and URL slug, then audit your page's accessibility, SEO, and performance with Preflight and LLMO.
- Step 6 — Personalise at Scale: see how RTCDP segments extend this personalisation story beyond a single page, across channels and audiences.
- Step 7 — Creating an A/B Test: watch a no-code experiment configured directly on the page, testing a personalized hero against a generic one.
- Step 8 — Preview and Publish: check your page responsively, preview it on .page, and publish live on a schedule using Manage Publication.
- Step 9 — The Agentic Experience: run your own conversational session with CoWorker — searching, optimising, brand-checking, and updating your hero banner, with a governance checkpoint before anything changes.
By the end of today, you will have built, personalised, governed, and published a real regional experience end to end — and seen how AI and agentic tools extend that same workflow further, without giving up control over what changes and when.
