Setup Business context
In this exercise you'll load Frescopa's Company Knowledge into Coworker. Without it, the AI has to guess how your brand sounds and looks. With it, the AI is grounded in how Frescopa actually writes, brands, and manages content.
Objectives
By the end of this exercise you will be able to:
- Understand what Company Knowledge is and why it matters for AI agents.
- Recognise how definitions, content signals, brand rules, and content KPIs shape how Coworker interprets and produces content.
Scenario
Frescopa already knows what its brand voice is, what belongs on a product page, and what it must never say — it's defined in the Company Knowledge document. The problem is that this language only lives in the brand and content team's heads, not in the raw pages and assets you explored in the previous exercise.
Your task: give Coworker that same language, so that when you ask it to "write a product page for our new Single-Origin Reserve" it doesn't invent a generic description — it applies Frescopa's exact voice, terminology, and required elements.
Constraints:
- The knowledge must faithfully reflect Frescopa's brand and content rules.
- It must be verifiable: before you trust it, check that Coworker has understood it correctly.
Review Frescopa's Company Knowledge
Before Coworker can help Frescopa create on-brand content, it needs to understand Frescopa's language, rules, and standards. Think of Company Knowledge as the brand and content playbook you hand to a new team member on their first day — it tells the Coworker what terms mean, which content signals to watch for, what to never do, and what good content looks like.
The Frescopa team have provided you with a Company Knowledge document that includes five key sections:
Section | What It Tells the AI |
|---|---|
Definitions and Glossary | What Frescopa's terms mean — "brand voice," "Single-Origin Reserve," "PDP," "roast level" and so on. |
Content Signals & Time Windows | Content triggers like a New Blend Launch or Out of Stock, with Frescopa's specific thresholds. |
Business Rules | Brand guardrails the AI respects automatically — like never discounting a Single-Origin Reserve. |
Content KPIs | What Frescopa optimises for: brand consistency, content engagement, PDP conversion, content freshness. |
Content Types & Requirements | The must-include elements and voice emphasis for each type of content (hero, PDP, brew guide, and more). |
Download and review the file provided:
You can see that Frescopa has distinct product lines (Signature Blends, Single-Origin Reserve, Machines, Subscriptions) and has pre-defined the brand rules that keep every page on-brand.
Upload Frescopa's Company Knowledge to Coworker
- Browse to Business Context in the left rail.
- Switch to My Context tab in the middle pane for type selector.
- Click on Add/Connect button.
- Click on Upload file. Browse and select the file downloaded in the previous step of this exercise.

- This invokes the distill-user-context skill of coworker and it will distill all the information and automatically categorise the knowledge in context categories.

- Once complete, click and go into Business context. Click any of the the prefilled categories eg. Organizational Decisions and Strategy to see the context pages. Click into it and see the extracted content and modify if needed.

That's it. You have now uploaded a Frescopa business context for your coworker. We can upload it for org-wide and make it default for everyone in the organisation if needed.
Verify the context
Let's do a quick check on what Coworker understands about Frescopa.
- Click on New chat to start a new conversation with Coworker.
- Enter a prompt like below to check its brand knowledge.
What is Frescopa's brand voice, and what must every coffee PDP include?
You can see that Coworker used the context file to respond with an answer specific to Frescopa — the four voice pillars and the required PDP elements (origin, roast level, tasting notes) — rather than a generic guess.

Checkpoint / Reflection
Before moving on, take a moment to consider:
- What did the context actually change? When you asked about Frescopa's brand voice and PDP requirements, Coworker didn't guess a generic answer — it used Frescopa's exact definitions and rules. Without the file you uploaded, it would have had no way to know that.
- What's next? The context you just loaded doesn't just answer trivial questions — it defines exactly how to write and what to include for every piece of Frescopa content. In the subsequent exercise, you'll ask Coworker to draft a product page (or refresh an existing one), and it will apply this same voice, terminology, and required-element rules automatically.
Success Frescopa's Company Knowledge is now loaded into Coworker. From here on, every prompt you send is grounded in Frescopa's voice, brand rules, and content standards — without you having to repeat them.
